Shipping and Returns
Assisi Jewels ships worldwide, except for Russia. If you are located in Russia, you will need to set an address from a different Country.
Shipping in Italy
All purchased products are delivered within 24 hours* of receipt of the order (48/72 hours* for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). Insured shipping by express courier is € 9,00 and it is free for purchases over € 99,00.
Shipping in Europe
All purchased items are delivered within 24 hours* of placing the order. The orders are delivered by a number of express couriers UPS, FedEx or TNT depending on the area. The shipping has a cost that varies according to the destination (no limit applies on the number of items purchased).
Shipping in the rest of the world
All purchased items are delivered within 48/72 hours* of placing the order. The orders are delivered by express courier. The shipping has a cost that varies according to the destination (no limit applies on the number of items purchased).

Order processing
www.assisijewels.com registers orders on a daily basis. The order is only considered completed once the payment has been registered.
Until the order is completed, the products are kept aside. Orders that have been placed and processed cannot be changed.
However, if the goods have not yet been dispatched, a change request can be made by e-mail to assisi@assisijewels.com, which reserves the right to verify the request itself.
Moreover, Assisi Jewels reserves the right to reject an order in the event that Banca Sella is unable to receive verification from the customer’s bank.
Lastly, Assisi Jewelsreserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
General regulation on shipping
*99% of the time, shipments take place within the timeframe indicated above and, in any case, according to Art. 54 of the Consumer Code, products that are in stock will be delivered in the shortest possible time and approximately:
- in Italy, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of payment;
- in EU countries other than Italy and in Other Countries, within 20 (twenty) working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, through a specialized forwarding agent, with appropriate wrapping/packaging, to the recipient’s address indicated by the customer.
The delivery terms indicated above refer to the products in its warehouses and shall not be binding for Assisi Jewels, which may subsequently confirm or modify them according to its own requirements. Upon receipt of the products, the recipient shall verify that they correspond, in number too, to the products ordered, notwithstanding that, in the event of discrepancies between the products delivered and the products ordered, the customer shall be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Transport costs shall be calculated based on the weight of the goods, i.e. based on the weight/volume ratio, and based on the place of delivery of the products, according to agreements defined with the forwarding agent in charge.
Right of return
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of Italian Law Decree no. 185/99, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 10 working days of receipt of the goods purchased.
In this case, the Customer must send Assisi Jewels a fax, or e-mail (the latter to assisi@assisijewels.com).
This notice of withdrawal must specify the purchase order number and the Product identification code.
The Customer must return the Products purchased, intact and complete (including original packaging) to Assisi Jewels at the following address, no later than 10 (ten) working days as from receipt of the Products purchased.

It is compulsory to use the Return Form.
Solely for the purpose of calculating expiry of the stated terms of 10 (ten) working days, the Products are intended as returned at the time at which they are delivered to the courier or accepting post office.
The right to withdraw may be exercised for all Products purchased.
It may not be exercised only in relation to part of the goods ordered.
The additional charges, such as the shipping cost, cost of the cash on delivery service (only for Italy), delivery by appointment, payment fees (if made via PayPal) and the costs of return shipping (if carried out by ASSISI JEWELS), will be excluded from the reimbursement of the returned goods.
For returns requested from non-EEC countries, the cost of customs duties for the return of the goods will be excluded from the reimbursement of the returned goods.
If there is a request to cancel the order with destination to non-EEC countries, if the goods have not been shipped, a refund will be made net of payment commissions (if made via PayPal); if instead the goods have been shipped, shipping costs, any customs duties and payment commissions will be retained (if done via PayPal).
Conditions
- The products must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use and/or wear.
- Each product must be returned inclusive of all original packaging and accessories received with the order, which are considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
- In the event that the client receives defective goods, or if there are any errors in the shipment by Assisi Jewels, the client shall follow the same instructions as stated above.
- Assisi Jewels reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to their destination.
- All returned products shall be subject to inspection and must comply with all parameters listed in the return procedure.
- Assisi Jewels reserves the right to set a charge of 10% of the value of the returned merchandise in case the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our return policy.
- Assisi Jewels reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
- However, acceptance of such returns shall incur a charge of 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
- The right of return does not apply to personalized and/or engraved products.
